I love when moms call me for a session and share with me that their photo session is a gift from their loving husband to them for whatever the occasion may be...in this instance this mom wanted family pictures for Mother's Day and I was thrilled to be their photographer! So what grandmother or mother doesn't love to get a fun and creative portrait of their favorite kiddos for Mother's Day??!! I love offering a small special around that time to help out those in need of gift ideas! With this special not only did these families get a mini session but they also got an 8x10 storyboard print to give to that special mom in their lives...it was heck of a deal!!

This family can not possibly be any more cuter than they already are!! This family's adorable little ladies have the best smiles and GORGEOUS eyes!! While Mom and Dad are such a cute loving couple...even their homophonic names are too cute for words! I was so glad to spend the afternoon with their family and to be the one to capture their first official family portraits they've ever done! Happy Halloween!! {Halloween Mini Portrait Session Sanger, CA. }

This year was our First Annual Halloween Mini Portrait Session that I held for some friends. I tried to keep it small since this was my first year trying it out but it was such a fun and great experience that I plan on expanding it out for more people next year!! I can't wait!! I wish everyone a wonderful and safe Halloween this year!!

I saw this quote and this idea on a great crafty blog that I follow. I loved the quote and their idea for a easy but very personal Father's Day gift. We did this collage and glued the picture to cardstock as a cover to a card, then my oldest signed the card from him and his brother. My Husband LOVED it!! Happy Father's Day to my amazing husband and to all you wonderful dads out there! Thank you for all that you do for your families!!

My oldest took the picture of me...yes I allowed him to use my "big" camera and he was soooo proud of himself! :)

More Bunny Pictures!! {Sanger, CA. Children Portraits}

So who says that bunny pictures NEED to be before Easter?? Because schedules can be hectic and time flies by too quickly or planned pictures need to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as tummy or cold problems that always seem to happen when the weather changes and scratches and bruises that just happen from playing and being a kid. Don't think that those adorable Easter pictures need to be skipped in 2011 for any of these reasons. There is still time to call and schedule your child's session. Happy Easter!! {Sanger, CA. Children's Mini Bunny Sessions}

It was Easter Season last year when I decided that this year I was going to try offering bunny sessions. I like most moms and dads, use to always take my oldest to the local malls for Easter pictures. Yes, even though I am a photographer myself, I like most parents just thought it was always easiest to take my child there for these seasonal pictures.

However, after last year's experience at the mall ending in tears from my oldest, piercing screams from my youngest, a photographer who was not patient nor friendly,and a very unhappy mama...I decided that was my last year taking mall pictures. I decided that this Easter I would step up to the plate and offer Bunny Sessions and I LOVED the experience!! I had wonderful children who came to visit us, a patient and calm bunny, gorgeous background, and AWESOME parents who were super wonderful!!! It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait until our next mini portrait session!!

Thanks again to all the wonderful children and their fabulous parents and grandparents!! I loved getting to visit with all of you and I look forward to seeing all of you soon!! Here is a preview from our session! Enjoy and Wishing Everyone a very Happy and Blessed Easter!
